Leavin on a jet plane...

So I left today! I decided to route myself through Chicago instead of Dallas like I normally do. I really only did it because I had never been to that airport before and wanted to see it lol. I don't think I will be doing that again...but I guess it's really just picking the lesser of two evils lol. If I go through Dallas they will bring my luggage on a later flight...If I go through Chicago they have limited power outlets/internet AND they will DELAY my flight! UGH! Finally made it home and and ready to go to bed, tomorrow is going to be a long day!

Final shabang!

So tonight is my last night here at home. I spent the day with the family and hangin out with my brother. We had breakfast together and just hung out. Later that night my mom, Ben, Justen, and I all went to the cheesecake factory for dinner. It was really good and I had a great time! I'm really going to miss them a lot but hopefully they will be able to come out to Arkansas for Christmas. Going home tomorrow!!! Like I said I will miss everyone but I am kind of ready to go home and get back to work and back into my routine!

So tonight I met up with Rachel & Tommy, Jill & Steve, and....SHANNON!!! Who I ran into at IN N Out! Crazy girl didn't tell anyone she was there but I found her! LOL!! SO we all met up at starbucks tonight and just sat there and talked for like 3 hours! IT was so nice to have us all together again, but we were short 1! Angela!!! I miss you SOOOO MUCH!!! I'm going home in a few days and I will really miss everyone!

Angel Game!

Went to the Angels game tonight with my good friend Ruby and had a GREAT time! They lost which sucks but it was nice being there in that stadium! I really miss going to the games!!

Downtown Disney

I went to Downtown Disney today and met up with Jill, Rachel and Tommy and had lunch at the Rainforest Cafe. It was good and nice to see them all! After lunch Tommy went to work and the girl and I went shopping and sat and just talked for awhile. I miss them sooo much and it was great to be with them! We were just missing 2 :( I'm hoping to see them again on Sunday! Later that night I met up with my friend Jessica who I really haven't seen since I actually left California :( we headed down to 2nd St in Long Beach, neither one of us were really hungry so we went to Le Creperie and sat on the sidewalk all french cafe style lol. We had a bottle of wine and a desert crepe it was yummeh and it was really great to catch up with her! She's gonna be graduating from the design program after 6 years in another month! So proud of her! :D

The Runaways :D

So I lost my camera on Saturday :( It sucked!! I went to TWO Best buys with my friend Danny looking for the new one I wanted...I finally got it at the one in cerritos and I got a 1o% discount just because the box had been opened before :D Then we went to dinner at Lucilles because he loves that place lol and we went and just messed around until our movie started. We went and saw the Runways and I really liked it alot! Now I have freakin cherry bomb and crimson and clover stuck in my damn head!!! UGH! It was really great to see Danny and hang out! It had been a really long time! :(

Just a day at the beach ;D

Today was awesome! I went with my mom and had lunch at Murphys on Main St in Seal Beach and had the best fish and chips EVA! lol then we walked down the pier and had ice cream and went shopping! It was a beautiful day too perfect for a walk on the pier! It was clear and warm which was a nice reprieve from the cold weather Arkansas had recently had :D I LOOOOVE the cold but every now and then you just need a nice warm day ;)

REAL Mexican Food!

So today i went to my old office and had lunch with my good friend Ruby! We went to this tiny little hole in the wall mexican place in Garbage Grove aka Garden Grove. It was SOOO good! I've been craving this chile rellenos forever! The Mexican food in Arkansas is just not up to par! Then I went and saw the Last Song with my mom which of course was a typical Nicholas Sparks movie....SAD!!!! but it was good! :D

Easter EARTHQUAKE!!!

So today was easter! it was a good day! Family, friends, yummeh italian food, and....earthquakes? Yeah we were standin in the kitchen when all of a sudden the ground was a rollin and the pool was a sloshin!! It wasn't a big shaker but a roller so it wasn't TOOO bad but it was centered in Mexicali, CA which is about as far south as you can go so it was a pretty big one since we felt it all the way up here! :/

I heart Vacation!

So this pretty much sums up my first day in cali!! haha! Had a great time with my parents and their friends for Ben's birthday!!! Went to a few of their friends houses then off to a bar! We ended the night at IN N OUT at like 130! LOL it was sooooo good!

So Work was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long today!!!!!!! OMFG!!! It was never ending and I had a ton to do to prepare for things while I am gone. I finally got out of there went home and got all my last minute things together and headed off to eat and then to the airport!!!!

My flights were ok, other than the fact i'm freakin EXHAUSTED!!! My luggage didnt come on my flight though and we ended up having to wait at the airport for like 40 minutes for the next flight to bring my shit!!! But anyways I am now in CALI and in my jammies!!! GOING TO BED NAO!!!!

Work was long, and i've gotta pack tonight and then be up SUPER early to work my wonderful 7-9 shift...I'm sure tomorrow will be a LONG day at work and then traveling to LA!!!

So today was a SUPER long day!!! Probably more so because I am SOOOOO ready to get goin on my vacation!!! I can't wait to get to cali and see my mom and family and friends! I miss them all sooo much!!! I finally started packing tonight...got about half way through gonna finish the rest tomorrow after I finish my laundry and such...ooooo and lookie! I am usin mah new luggage hehe :D

3 days down, now 2 more days at work and I AM OFF!!!!

SO after my long day at work I headed out to Little Rock with Steph to this store to look for another notebook like the one she bought me for my birthday...they didn't have anymore but I did find this new suit case!!! it was sooo cute I couldn't pass it up!! Now I get to use it when i go on my VACAs this year! :D Back to night shifts tomorrow....

So Grandma and Grandpa bought me a bluray player for my birthday since I bought a new TV and I finally hooked it up today! HAHA! The picture is AMAZING!!! LOVE IT!!!!

So today was our last day in Tunica! SAD that we have to go back to work tomorrow! BLAH! Today we woke up around 1PM and finally got around and left the hotel room around 2pm. I tried my hand at the slots again and was kinda pissed at myself when my $20 got down to $3 but then I hit a bonus and turned my original $20 into $40! :D So I was glad! I stopped at that point and kept my money lol. After that we left the hotel and headed home. We stopped off in Memphis on the way home to eat at this Vietnamese place, it was SOOOOO good! We all got a beef pho and that was just my left overs but it was yummy and I def will eat it again! :D Back to work tomorrow then Friday I am off to CALI!! WOOT WOOT!!!

Tunica!

We arrived last night in tunica at about 1:30AM went to sleep around 3 and got up around 1130. We had a great day, went shopping at an outlet mall and I got 2 pairs of new shoes! :D I needed some new flats and got some sandals for the summer and my vaca to Cali! I started my weekend with $60 and I played a bit on the slots with Stephanie, I lost $40 and she won my $40 lol! I bought in at the blackjack table with my last $20 and ended up walking away with $120! Great night!!! :D

25th Birthday!

So today was my Birthday! It was a pretty good day for the most part. I had to work 7-4 which kinda sucked and there was a bit of drama at work but whateves. Some of my friends decorated my desk and such which was nice, it put a smile on my face when I came in at 6:45Am which at that hour is hard to do lol...After work I met my granparents at Carinos for dinner which was YUMMEH!! Came home and took a nap and then left for Tunica with my friend Stephanie for the weekend!! :D

So today was looooong but super slow at work. I was able to get caught up on a lot of work that kept getting put off. Tomorrow promises to be a busy day though. Getting all my stuff done and training a new floor lead for my team :) Even thought it was a slow day i'm freakin tired and going to bed SOON! WOW this is early for me! GAH! I'll be home in 9 days!!! SINGLE DIGITS! WOOT WOOT!!! :D

So today was a slow but busy day. All in all it wasn't bad though. I did buy a new TV today!! I got a 37 in Vizio and it's freakin AWESOME!!!! And yes I am watching Confessions of a Shopaholic LOL ahhhh

Family Dinner :D

So today was a LAAAZY day yay for Sundays!!! I spent the day half ass cleaning my room and doing laundry then headed to my Aunt and Uncles house for a nice family dinner. It was nice seeing everyone and the food was yummeh!! Off to begin another week, which only brings me closer to my vacations :D

So today was my FUUUUN meeting at work and by fun I mean boring and craptactular! The lady who leads the meetings brings little knick knacks to play with and I spent most of the meeting yawning and playing with this rubberband type ball. After my oh so fun meeting I moseyed on over to Target to get NEW FREAKIN MOON!! That's right I got the 3 disc edition! WOOT WOOT!!! Then I had lunch with Steph and then went home and took a nap which I haven't done in FOREVER! Went to dinner with some friends and out to Disco for my birthday...I had fun, people bailed because of the rain so it wasn't as big a group as it should have been but it was fun none the less...Counting down til CA!

Happy St Patty's Day!

So today was St. Patrick's day, still trying to get used to working my morning shift. Everyone is always surprised when they ask if i just love having this morning shift and I say a big HELL NO! Doesn't everyone know I'm nocturnal? I hate morning time! The only time it is acceptable for me to see 6AM is when I am going to bed....

Anyways after work I headed over to my aunt and uncles house for some family time and some good old corned beef and cabbage! I don't think there has ever been a St Patty's Day I haven't had that <3 MWAH!

SOOOO TIRED!!!

So last night I didn't sleep at all. Like, literally I didn't go to bed! I am started my new 8-5 hours today and last night I was not able to go to sleep at all, it's hard going from pretty much being nocturnal to having to be up at 6 for work. UGH! FML! I barely made it through the day and the only reason I did was because my friend Stephanie brought me a red bull thank god cause i was beginning to crash at about 2...When I got home I was OUT by 8:15!!! SLEEEEP!!!

Starbucks kind of day!

So my Sunday's are usually devoted to sleep and staying in my pj's all day! LOL but today I met my friend Fallon at Starbucks and her and I just chatted away for forever lol. I wish starbucks still did this on their cups! I always liked their sayings!

Well tomorrow begins another week....another day closer to my birthday and then VACATION!! wooo hoooo Hope you all have a great week!

Remember Me!

Had a really great day! Had a smoothie delivered when my friend Amanda and katie came over lol then we went to Panera for lunch and ran around town. Then later that night we met up with a bunch of people and ate at the Purple Cow which is this awesome hamburger place and you can get purple shakes haha! After dinner we all went to see Remember Me with my BF Robert in it! haha It was SUCH a good movie and he is SOOOOOO HOT!!! GO see it!

Vacation

Weather.....aaagggghhhh

So today started off pretty good and the day was going by really fast. I went to lunch and I was on the phone with my Dad and he asked me about the weather. I told him it's actually pretty warm and really humid right today and it kind of made me nervous because it was previously pretty cold which is like tornado weather. EK! So when I got back into the office I had a text from a friend like 15 minutes later that said we had tornado warnings in our area. I was a little nervous about it since I am the only supervisor working at night right now. Well, I had a reason to be nervous. We could hear the weather sirens going off in a neighboring city and about 25 minutes away from my work 2 tornados touched down. Then the sirens started going off in the city I work in, which meant we had to take cover just in case. I had to move everyone to the back of the building until the sirens went off, luckily it was only like 10 minutes and then we all had to get back to work. When we closed all i wanted to do was go home before it started to hit the area I live in, but no this girl got stuck on the phone with this douche monkey of a client that loves to call right before we close and keep people on the phone for 30 minutes. Then when I finally got off work 30 minutes late I remembered I had to get gas and by that time it was pouring so hard and I got water in my shoes. So when I finally got home I was needless to say pretty ecstatic about it....

Late Nights...

So for a tuesday today was actually a really good day! There was no need to go around and sucker punch people in the junk. I was able to get caught up on a lot of work that I was behind on with all the craziness that has been going on at work. After work I stayed up SUPER late on skype with my dad and my sister. Skype is SO AWESOME! That is all ;)

Iphone :D

So here is my Iphone! I LOVE IT SO MUCH! The plan for today was to stay home in my pj's and do nothing at all...unfortunately I forgot that I had to go to walmart and go grocery shopping since I had no food for the week...So I ended up going to the Walmart in town since I like that one better and I hung out with my friend Stephanie for a bit. It was fun but then I went home and watched the Oscars! :D YAY! lol

New tattoo!!

So it was a really busy day!!! I went and got an Iphone finally!! I've been bitching about it since they came out since I had verizon! Well i finally just paid to get out of my contract and went to At&T so I could get my beloved iphone lol and I got the 32GB 3gs I had to one up my dad and my sister! haha!!! MUAH! Then I went and got my new tattoo!! Which i am in LOVE with! The guy who did it was really excited about it and had me go around the shop and show everyone there lol, he said it was his favorite piece he's done so far this year! After that I headed out to Little Rock and saw Alice in Wonderland which was pretty good, I'm not jumping up and down or anything but it was good...

So I filled up my gas tank today in my new car for the first time! It was nice not having to pay almost $50 to fill up the tank for 4 or 5 days of driving. This car gets pretty good gas mileage and it's freakin AWESOME! This week was super long and super busy! Each day individually went by fast but the week as a whole seemed to last foreeeeeverrr!!!!!! ready to get this weekend started!!! Gonna try and get an Iphone tomorrow and then I am getting my new tattoo and gonna see Alice In Wonderland! SO EXCITED! YAY!!! Pics of the tat will surface tomorrow ;)

Today was another long day....it's gonna be this way for the rest of this month...I have a feeling I am going to me more ready for this vacation than originally anticipated. I can't wait to head home, I need to recharge my California batteries :D then the count down will officially begin for my trip to Hawaii. I am seriously excited to go and see everyone!

Ahhh, well...Hump day is over....only 2 more days! Then the weekend!!! Which means TATTOO TIME! :D

My Desk

I've been meaning to take a picture of my new desk at work and I love how on the BUSIEST day ever I actually get this done lol. I took it right before I left...hence the emptiness LOL. All the supervisors and leads are cross training in another department that I used to work in and so Sr. management decided to schedule all the supervisors for this training at the same time leaving me by myself! It was so hectic and busy I was BARELY able to get my normal day to day duties. It was insane!!!! So yeah, anyways....that's my desk...time for bed kids!!

It was seriously busy at work today, it hasn't been that busy in a long time and on top of that I had a ton of end of month reports to do and learn and it just took forever! After work I headed to the gym, had a good work out then came home and stayed up all night as usual, except as of late it's been talking to my sister and my dad. I've been having the best time! Things are really starting to look up for me, new position at work, paying off my credit cards, buying a car, meeting my family and I honestly haven't been this happy in a long time ;)

SO I posted this pic for my sister :D LOL she likes rob too! Reconnecting with my dad and my sister has been great! It's crazy how much you can have in common with someone you've never met! When I talk to my sister it's like I've known her for years! It's awesome and I am so glad she found me. I can't wait to meet my other sister, she's only 7 but I'm sure she's just as awesome! ;) I can't wait to meet my dad and my niece and everyone! I foresee this as being the best summer of my life so far ;)

I BOUGHT A CAR!!!!!!

So today I went car shopping, and I wasn't expecting to actually BUY a car. I was thinking I was just going to test drive a bunch of stuff and then go back next weekend and purchase. I ended up going to toyota and test drove the corolla. I really liked it and ended up buying one. I got a 2010 Toyota Corolla sport, it's so pretty and it's black on the inside and I have a place to plug my ipod in!!!! WIN! I got a good deal on it and I am REALLY happy with it!! LOVE IT!! Can't wait to drive it more tomorrow :D

Lost...and found....

So today was the most surreal day of my life! My long lost sister found me on myspace which was crazy enough but on the same night we reconnected with our father....it was definitely a weird night. I kept thinking at any moment Ashton Kutchar was going to come running in and tell me I was being punked....and at that I would have sucker punched him in the junk. All in all it was a good night. surreal....but good...

And again...

Once again I have nothing of importance to say...My new job is keeping me SUPER busy and I've been pretty drained lately. Gotta get up early tomorrow but I've been told i'm not allowed to complain about it since I am going to pick up money from my attorney from my settlement..but whatever! BOO!!! Gotta go car shopping this weekend...EK! 35 days until I leave for CA! I MISS YOU!!! that is all...

So today was another BUSY day just as anticipated. Lots of emails, questions, and meetings. I hate getting gas BLAH! I had to get gas after work tonight and I almost forgot LOL. I would have had to stop in the morning. BAHAHAH! Yeah right! I was a little bummed this morning when Grandma told me Gage wouldn't be here tonight. But I was super excited when he WAS here when I got home! He is so dang cute and I had fun playing ball with him tonight! :D

So today I moved into my new desk. It was a VERY busy day!!! I am still kind of doing my old job while attempting to do and learn my new job....It was a super crazy day and i'm sure the rest of the week will end up this way....TIRED!
